Join a weekly learning group to better understand yourself, strengthen relationships, and develop practical skills you can use in everyday life. Attend the same group each week or explore different topics as your learning evolves.
These are educational learning groups designed to build practical emotional and interpersonal skills. They are welcoming to people with a wide range of experiences and you do not need a diagnosis or previous experience to participate.
Compassion Skills
Monday • 6:00–7:15 PM
Understand emotions, develop self-compassion, and build greater trust in yourself through guided learning and experiential practice.
Neurodivergence Skills
Thursday • 6:00–7:15 PM
Learn practical strategies that work with your unique brain, while building self-understanding, self-acceptance, and sustainable ways of living.
DBT Skills
Tuesday • 6:00–7:15 PM
Wednesday • 8:30–9:30 PM
Build practical skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, and responding effectively during difficult moments.
Anxiety & OCD Skills
Friday • 9:00–10:15 AM
